WAREHOUSE AGENT
Ranger Express Forwarding is looking for an energetic, organized, strong communicator to work in our warehouse in our Mississauga terminal. The ideal candidate is highly personable, can multi-task and is self motivated. Your ability to load consolidated trucks, think outside the box and take pride in your work sets you apart from all other candidates. We are looking for a person that can consistently remain positive and is continually looking for ways to improve efficiencies.
Among the various responsibilities the following are key components for this position:
- Coordinating the loading of consolidated trucks
- Receiving and Shipping of freight
- Communicating with the office to ensure the customer’s needs are met
- Organizing and cleaning the warehouse on a regular basis
- A valid forklift license
- Great communicational skills
- A positive attitude and the willingness to go above and beyond everyday responsiblities
- Self-motivated
- Experience working in a warehouse
- Experience loading trucks
NORTH AMERICAN OPERATIONS AGENT

The ideal candidate is highly personable, can multi-task and builds strong relationships with co-workers, suppliers and customers. Your problem solving skills, professionalism and commitment to satisfying the customer sets you apart from all other candidates. We are looking for a person that can consistently remain positive through negative situations and is continually looking to improve efficiencies.
Among the various responsibilities the following are key components for this position:
- Coordinating the logistics of Import and Export shipments throughout North America.
- Tracking shipments on a regular basis.
- Consistently negotiating rates with carriers.
- Communicating with the warehouse to ensure the customer’s needs are met.
- Working with sales team to provide rates and assist with the set up of new accounts.
- Constantly updating customers with the information relevant to their shipments.
- A University/College degree or experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of North America.
- Knowledge of customs procedures related to North American freight.
- Knowledge of all documentation (ie: commercial invoices).
- Knowledge of computer programs, especially excel.
- Great communication skills.
- A positive attitude and the willingness to go above and beyond everyday.
